Hi, I'm James Warden, owner of Milligan Construction LLC.
I grew up on a eighth generation family farm located in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. It was there where I learned to do about any kind of repair. As a young man, I left the farm to work as a Mercedes mechanic, moved into the construction field, and finally found the trade that I love: slate roof repair and restoration.
